I critiqued Savannah's painting. The lines are very straight and even, all of the design looks the same throughout the painting, and the color scheme goes very good together. The boxes are very identical and the shapes are drawn very well. She created this because the green matches her room and it gives a forest vibe and I can see what she means because of the color scheme. My favorite thing about her painting is the colors she used. The green is unique and it is really nice to look at. I feel like she could improve it by going over some of the black and making it less transparent but otherwise I wouldn't change anything about it.
I critiqued Abby's painting. Everything in the whole painting is very detailed. The stars look very good, she used a technique by flicking white paint off a paint brush to give the star look. She did a really good job on the light shining through the sky off her hand and the light around her looks very good. You can see she blended all the colors very well and I really like the idea of her being on top of the clouds. My favorite thing about the painting is the way the dress looks and just how she drew the girl. I think she did a good job with the theme because it really gives dream vibes..
